This website is mostly about my experiences in Thailand, and covers the good, the bad and the indifferent.
Mostly, it explains how you get from one place to another, and the fun you may or may not have on the way.
Note: Although I have travelled overland into Cambodia, and an adventure it was too, at the time of writing the border is still closed. To make matters worse, the Thai border town of Ubon Ratchathani is also off limits, as it falls close within the 50 km no go area. This is a real shame, as there is plenty to see and do, as I was to discover.

Reminder
Don’t mistake this site for a guidebook. It might have useful information inside. What you won’t find in it are recommended hotels, restaurants and regional food delicacies and where to find them.. That’s for Lonely Planet and their ilk. Think of this as a level below, but with bits that may be interesting. Not that that is difficult, by the way. Thailand remains one of the most fascinating places in Asia.
Worth it? Definitely.
